- Select the Configurators from the list that you would like to add to the
translation queue. You can also filter the list by title if it is too long.

You can now go to WPML → Translations to:
- Review automatic translations

5. If your configuration includes WooCommerce integration, ensure the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin is installed and activated.
6. Refer to WPML’s documentation for translating WooCommerce elements to handle any WooCommerce-related translations.
After you’ve finished translating your configurator, you can then visit the configurator page on your site’s front-end and switch between languages to view the translated Configurator.
Translating WP Configurator Pro Texts, Including Widgets and Smaller Texts
WPML’s String Translation module allows you to translate texts not directly tied to posts, pages, or taxonomies. This includes:
- Plugin-specific settings
- Configuration labels
- Widget titles
Step-by-Step Example
- Go to WPML > String Translation in your WordPress dashboard.
- Search for the string you want to translate (e.g., a configuration label from WP Configurator Pro).
- Click the Translate button next to the string.
- Enter the translated text for each language.
- Save your translations.
Refer to WPML’s String Translation Guide for more details.
Ensuring Proper Display of the Language Switcher
For the language switcher to be displayed properly, Configurator posts must be linked
to another post type to appear on the frontend. This can be achieved in two ways:
- Linking the Configurator to a Specific Product
– If using WooCommerce, associate the Configurator with a product to ensure it appears correctly. - Embedding via Shortcode
– If the site does not use WooCommerce, use a shortcode to embed the Configurator on pages or posts manually.
Ensuring this linkage is crucial for proper frontend visibility and functionality of
the language switcher.
Note:
WP Configurator Pro currently does not support features like adding multiple currencies with a front-end currency switcher, as provided by plugins such as WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency.
For additional support, refer to WPML’s comprehensive documentation or contact our support team. With WP Configurator Pro and WPML, you can create a multilingual experience that caters to a global audience.
