This is the theme setting for your Homepage Setting.
Go to Appearance and click Customize. On customize click on ‘Homepage Setting’
This option is for customizing your Homepage Setting.
Choose whether to display your Homepage as your latest posts or static page.
Displaying Static Page, you can choose one of the page you built to set as your Homepage or select Latest Post and each new posts will be as your Homepage.
